So we rang in 2010 with a big shift in the way we do business. We’ve converted the majority of our clients to quarterly billing and a good many of them to annual billing and the response has been fantastic.

People like the convenience of fewer payments, and they love the discount we offered for moving to annual. This will allow us to focus more attention on serving our clients and less time with paper work – not to mention less paper. Everyone wins!
